Frances Wiliams Hailey

Obituary: Frances Williams Hailey, 89, of Harrisburg, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at Pruitt Health of Town Center in Harrisburg. Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel with Christian Williams officiating, burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 11:30 to 1:00 PM Saturday at Whitley's Funeral Home. Frances was born March 22, 1927 in Person Co. NC to the late James Robert Williams and Mattie Walker Williams. She worked as a bookkeeper until her retirement, Frances loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, and she was truly an inspiration and loved God. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert E. Hailey, and a brother Billy Ray Williams. Those left to cherish her memory, her daughter Robin Hasty (John) of Harrisburg, son Robert Dale Hailey of Charlotte, two sisters Ester Williams Williams of Kannapolis, Doris Williams Avant of Homosassa, FL, one brother Jackie Gray Williams of Chattanooga, TN, four grandchildren Joshua Hasty (Jennifer), Jessica Hailey, Courtney Hasty (Waylen), Glynda Thompson (Greg), two great grandchildren Rhyne Matthews, and Austin Hasty.
