Frances Measmer Kluttz

Obituary: Frances Measmer Kluttz, 88, of Kannapolis, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at Novant Rowan Medical Center. She was born May 7, 1929 in Cabarrus co. to the late Garfield Measmer and Sudie Kee Measmer. Frances was a member of the Eastern Star, she enjoyed dancing and shopping. She was a loving Mother Grandmother and Great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Lou Kluttz, and her daughter Frankie Kluttz Hall. Those left to cherish her memory, a son Tony Kluttz and wife Karen, two grandsons Christopher Miller, Chris Anderson and wife Amanda, one great grandson Owen Anderson, two sisters, Jo Hartsoe, Edna Sherrill, and one brother Bill Measmer and wife Darlene.
