Fred Lewis Aldridge

Fred Lewis Aldridge, 70, of Rockwell passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at Novant Health Rowan, holding the hand of his loving wife.
He was born October 22, 1952, in Cabarrus Co. to the late William Aldridge and Myrtle Jean Roberts Aldridge.
Fred was a faithful man of God who dearly loved his Bible Missionary Baptist Church family. As a faithful soldier in God's army, he lovingly shared morning devotions with a multitude of friends and even strangers.
He enjoyed riding his HD motorcycle, going on trips to the mountains and the beach, listening to and going to Southern Gospel Music concerts.
Fred earned the honor of Eagle Scout as a young man and was very proud of that accomplishment. He dearly loved his whole family, his cherished pets, and Brenda (the love of his life).
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Brenda S. Aldridge, children, Susan Sherman, Brandy Rushing (Keith), Barry Brooks (Darlene), David Brooks (Tracey), Regina Davis (Jimmy), Melissa Delgado (Johnny), Lindsey Fuentes (Michael), Cara Leigh Honeycutt, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 31, 2022, at Bible Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Cody Zorn officiating and Pastors Tim B. Jones and Jon Harless assisting.
Visitation will be prior to the service at the church from 1-2 PM.
