Furman Mitchel Faggart

Furman Mitchel Faggart, 76 years old, of Concord, passed away on December 9, 2023.  Furman was born on August 4, 1947, in Cabarrus County to the late Frank and Elizabeth Hagler Faggart.

Furman was a very friendly and helpful person.  He would like to help his neighbors within his ability if they needed assistance. He also liked to wave to the passing cars and trucks outside his house regardless of the weather conditions daily.  Furman loved NASCAR, especially Richard Petty. He also liked to watch old western movies and go fishing.

Furman was predeceased by his parents, Frank Monroe Faggart and Elizabeth Hagler Faggart and his sister Cynthia Joyner.  Those left to cherish his memory are his brothers Vance Faggart and his wife Robin and Frankie Faggart and his wife Judy and his nieces and nephew, Franklin, Jennifer and Elizabeth.

A graveside service will be held for Furman on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 3pm at Carolina Memorial Park.
