Gary Wayne Gray, Jr.

Obituary: Gary Wayne Gray Jr., 47 of China Grove, died Thursday August 2, 2012 at his residence. His death follows a period of declining health. Wayne was born on October 25, 1964 in Cabarrus County, NC. the son of Gary Wayne Gray Sr. and Janet Furr Gray. Wayne was a heating and air technician and was formerly employed by Moss & Moore Heating and Air. He was a member of Corriher Heights Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 6, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Whitley's Funeral Home, with Rev. Chris Pethel officiating. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Whitley's Funeral Home on Sunday, August 5, 2012 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. In addition to his parents, Wayne is survived by his wife; Connie Black Gray, 3 sons; Bradley Wallace of China Grove, Michael Black, and Alan Gray of the home, a daughter; Brooke Gray of the home, a sister; Lesley Goforth of Kannapolis, nieces; Courtney and Nevaeh and a nephew Devon all of Kannapolis.
Visitation: Sunday, August 5, 2012 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM.

Service: Monday, August 6, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Whitley's Funeral Home.

Interment: Carolina Memorial Park.
