Gary Dean Todd

Obituary: Gary Dean Todd, 63 of Concord, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at CMC-NorthEast following a brief period of declining health. Gary was born in Cabarrus County on December 21, 1950 a son of Johnnie Lee Harrington Todd of Concord, and the late Marvin Paul Lee Todd. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a sister; Tina Beaver. Gary was a graduate of Northwest Cabarrus High School and entered the US Air Force following graduation. He served during the Vietnam War and was in the Air Force for 8 years. Following his time spent in the military, Gary was employed as a service technician with Xerox until his retirement. He was a proud member of the NRA. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. In addition to his mother, Gary is survived by a son; Marvin F. Todd and wife Shannon of Kannapolis, a daughter; Amanda Alexander and husband Kenneth of Kannapolis, grandchildren; Austin, Ethan, and Kayla Todd, a step-grandson; Mason Alexander, and a brother; Larry Todd.
