Gerald Lynn King

Gerald Lynn King, 87, of Kannapolis, went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 26, 2022.  Gerald was born on March 1, 1935 in Broome County, NY to the late Lynn and Alma Hale King.

Gerald proudly served his country in the US Army.  He worked for IBM for 33 years as a computer test engineer.

He was predeceased by his wife Joanne Wilson King, his sons, James Allyn King and Randy Lynn King.  Those left to cherished his memory are his sons, Paul King and his wife Stephanie and Phillip King and his wife Stephanie; his grandchildren, Alexandra Lynn Byrd, Lindsey Elaine King, Andrew Phillip King and two additional grandchildren

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 3 pm at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis.
