Gladys Ann (Hurley) Earnhardt

Gladys Ann Hurley Earnhardt, 59, of Kannapolis, went into her heavenly home on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Tucker Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.

Gladys as born on December 15, 1962 in Ashe County, NC to the late Chester Hurley and Wanza Nichols Hurley.

Gladys was a faithful Christian with a servant’s heart who loved working for her church, New Beginning Community Worship Center. She had a special place in her heart for her canine companion, Spot. She also enjoyed going to yard sales and visiting the mountains.

Those left to cherish her memory include her beloved husband of 39 years, Rev. Robert Earnhardt; daughters, Amy (David) Oliver and Angela (Billy) Wilkins; grandchildren; Devin Honeycutt, Jacob Oliver, Zoey Oliver, and Tiara Oliver; sisters, Cindy (Robert) Trexler and Tanya Tucker. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service honoring her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at New Beginning Community Worship Center with Rev. Jerry McCall officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Beginning Community Worship Center, 1914 Central Drive, Kannapolis, NC 28083.
