Gloria Deane Biggers Sellers

Obituary: Gloria Deane Biggers Sellers, 71 of Concord, NC died at CHS-NE in Concord on July 24, 2015. Gloria was born on August 5, 1943 in Cabarrus Co., NC the daughter of the late Augustus W. Biggers and the late Mary Lee Pope Biggers. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Eugene Sellers, Sr. who died in 2006 and a sister, Rachelle B. Robinette. Survivors include her 2 sons; Donald "Gene" Sellers, Jr. "Donna" of Rock Hill, S.C. and Douglas Lee Sellers "Terry Ann" of Concord; a daughter, Lisa Louise 'Small "Terry" of Cornelius, NC; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Jewell Robinette. The service for Mrs. Sellers will take place at 1p.m., Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Whitley's from 11a.m.-1:00p.m. before the service. Memorials can be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Ln, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
