Hazel Marie (Childers) Hileman

Hazel Childers Hileman, 94, of Kannapolis passed away Thursday, May 16, 2024 at her home.
She was born June 10, 1929 in Cabarrus Co. to the late Ruben C. Childers and Juanita Walker Childers.
Hazel was a graduate of JW Cannon High School in 1947, She attended Appalachian College and married Paul Brandon Hileman Jr. on March 28, 1948, she was a member of Mt. Zion United Church of Christ, Hazel worked at Cannon Mills and later for the Kannapolis City Schools in various positions.
She is preceded in death by her husband Paul Brandon Hileman Jr., and a son Paul Brandon Hileman III.
Those left to cherish Hazel's memory, a daughter Marie Hileman Little and her husband Brent, two grandsons, Phillip Bradly Eddleman (Brittany), William Brandon Little (Amie), , four great grandchildren, Noah Dean Eddleman, Weston Beau Little, Haylea Winecoff, and Jason Winecoff .
A private service will be held at a later date.
