Helen Maxine Fowler Faulkner

Obituary: Helen Maxine Fowler Faulkner, 81, of Kannapolis died Thursday, January 13, 2011 at CMC-Northeast Medical Center, Concord following a period of declining health. Mrs. Faulkner was born March 13, 1929 in Rowan County, NC a daughter of the late Reece and Agnes Smith Fowler. Mrs. Faulkner was a homemaker and a member of Franklin Heights Baptist Church. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 8, 2011 at Whitley's Funeral Home Annex Chapel conducted by Rev. Jim Grigg. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00 P.M. prior to the service. At other times they will be at the residence of a daughter, Susan Williams. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Connie E. Faulkner on January 28, 2003. She is survived by a daughter: Susan (Randy) Williams of Kannapolis, a Son: Larry ( Diana) Faulkner of Kannapolis, a Sister: Carolyn Nash of Landis and three grandchildren: Brandon (Julie) Williams, Barry Williams, and Andrew Faulkner.
