Obituary: Imogene Wingler Hall, 82, of Traphill, NC, Greenstreet Mountain Resort died April 26, 2015 at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. Imogene was born on October 24, 1932 in Wilkes County, NC, the daughter of Jess Wingler and Ella Walker Wingler. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by an infant brother and three small sisters. She worked at Cannon Mills/ Fieldcrest Cannon in the #7 weave room. She was a former member of Lakewood Baptist Church in Kannapolis where she taught Sunday School class and was a youth leader. She was a current member of Church in the Wildwood in Traphill, NC where she was a leader of the children's church for many years. The service will take place at 2 P.M., Tuesday, graveside services at Carolina Mem. Park conducted by Rev. Dwayne Byrd and Rev. Elmer Barker. The family will receive friends at Whitley's Funeral Home from 1-2:00 before the service. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Raymond J. Hall of Traphill, NC; a daughter, Kathy H. Weddington (Larry) of China Grove, NC; grandchildren, Randy Weddington (April) and Patty Hudson (Brian); great-grandchildren: Caden Hudson, Korbyn Hudson and Myles Weddington a brother Albert Wingler (Joann) of Enochville, NC and a number of nieces and nephews.
