Obituary: Kannapolis, NC - James Lamar Nesbitt, 83 of Kannapolis, NC went to his Heavenly Home on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Transitional Health Services, Kannapolis, NC. The funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM Friday, March 16, 2018 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Todd McCullough. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM Friday at the funeral home prior to the service. Mr. Nesbitt is preceded in death by his wife, Hattie (Dot) Tarleton Nesbitt who died in 2016. He is survived by his brothers, Donald Nesbitt (Kay) of Kannapolis and Ivan Nesbitt (Zinda) of Mooresville, NC.
Visitation: 10:00 A.M.to 11:30 A.M. Friday, March 16, 2018 Whitley's Funeral Home.

Service: 11:30 A.M., Friday, March 16, 2018 Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment: Carolina Memorial Park.
