Obituary: Janet Elaine VanDort Fusco, 70, of Salisbury died November 15, 2017. She was born January 19, 1947 in Jersey City, NJ, a daughter of the late Harold and Isabell MacNeil Van Dort. Janet enjoyed crocheting, knitting, gardening, cooking and being in the outdoors. She also loved collecting anything with cows on them. A funeral mass will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church officiated by Rev. Al Riquelme. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery, Salisbury. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Monday, Nov. 20, 2017 at Whitley's Funeral Home. She is survived by children, Donna Maria Gebhardt (Stephen), Joseph Michael Fusco (Lisa), David Fusco (Marcelita), Janet Fusco, Alexander Fusco (Juliette Marie), Patricia Ann Sihler (Christopher), brother Edward Caber VanDort, sister, Kim Hart, 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
