Obituary: Jason Ray Monroe, 24, of Charlotte passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2015 from an automobile accident. He was born February 3, 1991 in Madison County, New York. Jason was survived by his Mother Linda Brooks of Lake Wylie SC, his Father David Monroe and Tricia Monroe of Charlotte NC, his Brother Brandon Monroe and his Sister Jena Monroe both of Cornelius NC; as well as his Sister Rande Wolfe, Sister Rachael Connelly, Brother Keegan Connelly of Baltimore MD and Sister Heather Wolfe of Charlotte NC. Jason was the proud God-Father of his "Munchkin" Lylah Raine Geist. Jason touched the hearts of everyone he encountered; the names of his many, many friends are too long to list. A celebration of life service to honor Jason's life will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Living Water Church of God, 166 N. Little Texas Rd., Kannapolis, NC officiated by Rev. Wade Easom. His family will greet friends prior from 12:00 to 1:00 at the church. Following the service, family and friends are invited to the fellowship hall for a meal in Jason's honor.
