Jeffery Bauer

Obituary: Jeffery Alan "Jeff" Bauer, 54, of Kannapolis passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 23, 2018 at his home. A graveside service will be held at 9:00 AM Monday, July 2nd at the Salisbury National Cemetery with military burial rites provided by the Army National Guard and the Rowan Co. Veterans Honor Guard. Jeff was born July 23, 1963 in Honolulu, HI, a son of the late James Francis Bauer and Mary Klandrud Cooksey of Colorado Springs. He was a veteran of the US Army from 1981 to 1984. Jeff moved to NC in 1999. He was owner operator of Bauer Heating and Cooling. Jeff was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. In addition to his mother, Mary Klandrud Cooksey of CO, Jeff is survived by his step-mother, Joretta Bauer of TX, his wife, Cathy Perry Bauer of the home, his daughter, Amanda Parker of Salisbury, 3 grandchildren, Emma, Ben and Eli, his sisters, Patricia B. Voigt (Arnold) of AK, Pamela B. Jensen (Randy) of CO, Susan B. Thompson of SD, his brother, Jimmy Bauer (Janelle) of CO and many loving nieces and nephews.
