Obituary: Jerome Leonard Palmer, 90, of Kannapolis died Jan. 8, 2017 at CMC-NE. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Salisbury National Cemetery. Whitley's Funeral Home is serving the Palmer family.
