Jetta Buck Carroll

Obituary: Concord, NC- Jetta Buck Carroll, age 96, died Sunday, February 12, 2012 at the home of her daughter, Jackie Anderson, 2246 Laurens Drive after a brief illness. She was born February 14, 1915 in Wetzel County, West Virginia, the daughter of the late A. Buck and Elizabeth Morris Buck. Jetta was a homemaker for most of her life. She had lived in Florida for thirty years until moving to be near her daughter in 2007. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Odis Carroll; her daughter, Betty Anderson; a granddaughter, Shauna Anderson; and a great-grandson, Sam Wallace. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis, NC officiated by Rev. Jamie Hunt. Survivors include a daughter, Jackie Anderson of Concord, NC; three grandchildren, Luann Mullen, James Wallace, and Judith Terrell; four great-grandchildren, Charles and Elizabeth Wallace, Jacob Terrell, and Chase Mullen.
