Joan Fletcher Creason

Obituary: Joan Kathrine Creason, 85, passed away in the comfort of her own home surrounded by her family. She was given into this world November 18, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph Fletcher and Mary Evelyn Wells Fletcher. She was the youngest of four children. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Creason, and son, Richard A. Creason. She is survived by her three daughters, Kathleen M. Stephen and husband, Don, of Cressona PA, and Lorraine L. Tyson and her husband, Carl, of Concord, NC, and Mary Evelyn Stofan and her husband, George, of Joliet, IL.; the granddaughter she raised, Amanda B. Bunn and husband Earl (Jay) of Hinesville, GA; eleven grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren. Joan dedicated her life to her family focusing always on mentoring, teaching and loving all. Joan's love extended from the vast number of descendants and foster children to those they married and friends that came and went. Joan touched and changed the lives of all and she will be deeply missed. Her memories forever held dear. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Jennifer L.
