John Trigg Campbell

Obituary: John Trigg Campbell, 57, of Kannapolis died Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at his home. He was born May 3, 1953 in Cabarrus County, the son of the late Ray Preston Campbell and Dorothy Lorine Mitchell Campbell. He retired due to disability from Blythe Construction after 22 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, April 22, 2011 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at Whitley's. He is survived by his wife, Frances Louise Cochran Campbell, his son Lloyd Campbell, two grandsons: John Preston Campbell and Dylan Blanco Campbell, three brothers: James, Albert and Bobby Campbell, his sister Georgia Campbell and a number of nieces and nephews.
