Obituary: John Frank Riley Jr age 67 of 3440 Deal Rd. Mooresville died Saturday March 20, 2010 at the Brian Center of Mooresville. Mr Riley was born March 8, 1943 in Iredell County to Johnsie Overcash Riley and the late John F. Riley Sr. He was a Electronic Techinical Engineer for Salectron Tech of Charlotte until his retirement in 2005 He was a member of McGill Baptist Church, Odell Fire Dept for over 20 years and also an E.M.T. for the fire dept. Mr Riley loved to hunt, fish and work in his garden. Funeral service will be Tuesday March 23 at 11:00 A M at McGill Baptist Church with the Rev. Steven Ayers officiating. Burial will follow at Coddle Creek A.R.P church cemetery. The family will see friends Monday March 22 from 6:00 to 8:00 P M at Whitley's Funeral Home. In addition to his mother, Mr. Riley is Survived by his wife Ann McCorkle Riley of the home. Two daughters Kim Riley Glass and husband Geoff of Concord and Debra Riley Jenkins and husband Ross of Lenoir. One brother Chris Riley and wife Glenita of Mooresville . Seven Grandchildren Randy Baucom, Geoffrey Glass, Samantha Glass, Zac Glass, Riley Jenkins, Anna Jenkins, and Lawson Jenkins.
