Johnnie L. Aldridge, 72, of Mooresville, passed away Friday, June 18, 2021 at his home.
He was born February 18, 1949 in Cabarrus Co. to the late Arthur Lee Aldridge and Grace Patterson Aldridge.
Johnnie worked for Cannon Mills for many years till his retirement. He was a member of God's Church of Faith and loved going to church when he was able, he enjoyed going to Stegall's Arena to watch bull riding, also he loved mowing the grass. Most of all he loved his family especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers; Henry, Frankie and Bobbie Aldridge.
Those left to cherish his memory, his wife of 24 years Brenda Leazer Aldridge, son Johnnie Aldridge (Karla) of China Grove, five granddaughters; Ellisa Tallent, Caylie Tallent, Amanda Barth, Abby Barth, and Alex Barth, two sisters also survive Willie Taylor of Landis and Emmie Trexler of Rockwell.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM Monday, June 21 at God's Church of Faith with Pastor Jeff Upright officiating, visitation will be held prior to the service from 5-6 PM
