Obituary: Mooresville, NC Jonathan Matthew "John" Iannone, 28, of Mooresville passed away November 1, 2018 due to a motor vehicle/motorcycle accident. He was born November 26, 1989 in Redding, PA., a son of Robert David Iannone and Sonya Talbert Iannone. He was preceded in death by his biological mother, Lisa Doll, grandparents, Lillian and Louie Kintzer, Eddie Doll, Samuel and Carmella Iannone, and uncle, Gerald Iannone. John worked for Advanced Development Concepts, Charlotte as a utilities superintendent. He was active in the A.W.O.L. MC, a motorcycle club that supports the military. His club name was "Delta". He was a 2008 graduate of South Rowan High School where he was an honor student, involved in the ROTC and on the wrestling team. He loved spending time with his wife, family and his dogs, Diesel and Sapphire. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 PM Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Pastor Clifford McCall. His family will receive friends prior from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. In addition to his parents, John is survived by his wife, Rikki Gainey Iannone, sisters, Christy Iannone, Heather Iannone, brother, Jason Doll, step brother, Chad Miller and several nieces and nephews.
