Joseph Evons Tucker

Joseph Evons Tucker, 84, of Kannapolis passed away, Friday, August 14, 2020, at the Tucker Hospice House.
He was born July 31, 1936, in Taylors, SC to the late Dewey Augusta Tucker and Audrey Irene Misenhimer Tucker.
Joseph was a veteran of The U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He worked for Southern Railroad for 16 years, Joe enjoyed playing golf and going to auctions, and he loved watching baseball.
He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
A graveside service will be held at 9 AM Friday, August 21, 2020, at Salisbury National Cemetery, with Military Rites by U.S. Navy and Rowan County Honor Guard.
