Juanita Teeter Harrington

Obituary: Juanita Teeter Harrington, age 88, died Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at the Bob & Carolyn Tucker Hospice House, Kannapolis, NC after a period of declining health. She was born December 1, 1921 in Upson County, GA, the daughter of the late Rufus Henry Teeter and Emilly Augusta Brown Teeter. She was employed with the former Cannon Mills Company until her retirement. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Harrington, who died in 1977; a brother, Ned Teeter; and a sister, Mae Martin. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 9, 2010 at Whitley's Funeral Home Main Chapel, Kannapolis, NC officiated by Chaplain Edward Scott. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis, NC. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home prior to the service. Survivors include her son, Ron Harrington of Kannapolis, NC; and many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Interment: Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis, NC.
