Judy Gayle Lippard

Obituary: Judy Gayle Lippard, 63, of China Grove passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at CMC-NorthEast Medical Center. She was born January 9, 1949 in Baldwyn, Miss., the daughter of the late Nadine Foster Wright. She retired from CMC-NorthEast Medical Center after working for over 30 years. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church. She loved gardening, traveling, cooking and baking. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Tim McQueen. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 12:00 prior at Whitley's. She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Hubert L. Lippard, two daughters, Wendy Smith (Norman) and Michelle Hunter (Billy) all of Kannapolis, grandchild, Sydney Smith, three step-sons, Bryan , Barry and Jeff Lippard and a nephew Richard Wright. The family would like to thank Dr. Douglas Kelling Jr. and his staff for their love and compassion shown to Judy and the family.
