Judy Evans Miller

Obituary: Judy Evans Miller, 72, of Kannapolis, passed away, Friday, January 12, 2018 at Tucker Hospice House. She was born, December 25, 1945 in Cabarrus Co. to the late William Edwin Evans and Armer Collins Evans. Judy was a hair stylist for many years, a member of Anchor Baptist Church. She was full of life, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Judy will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by a sister Mary Sue Baker, a brother Carl Evans. Those left to cherish her memory, her husband of 50 years Buddy Miller, two daughters, Jada Carlisle (Robert) of Kannapolis, Amy Melton (Thomas) of Kannapolis, four grandchildren, Brianna Carlisle, Emerald Carlisle, Caleb Melton, Malori Melton, a brother Don Evans (Jewel) of Kannapolis, a sister Shelia Morton (Tony) of Salisbury. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Anchor Baptist Church with Revs. Tommy Register and Curtis Parker officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at the church.
