Karen Lynda Burke

Obituary: Karen Lynda Burke age 66 passed away Friday March 26, 2011 at CMC NorthEast Medical Center after a long illness. She was born December 29, 1944 in Nassau County, New York to the late George B. and Emma Staples Templeton. She was educated in the schools of New York and was employed with Martin Memorial Health Systems in the medical billing dept. before her retirement. Karen was a member of Bethpage Presbyterian Church. She loved to bake and work with miniatures. She dearly loved her grandchildren. A Memorial service will be Sunday March 27, 2011 at 11:00 A. M at Bethpage Presbyterian Church along with the regular morning worship service. Rev Rick Hoffarth will be in charge. The Family will see friends after the service at the church. Ms Burke is survived by 2 daughters, Charlie Fenex of Palm City, Fla. and Patti Spradley of Greenwood, S.C. One son Dean Burke of Hollister, Fla,, One brother James Templeton of Long Island, N.Y., Also, 5 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
