Obituary: Kathy Jo Harper, born November 9, 1961 in St. Albans, WV is now breathing easy on Heaven's beaches. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Bonnie Neal, brothers, Robert and Charlie Neal. Those left to cherish her memory are her life partner, Kim Weeder, sons, Steve Shilling (Shanna) of TN, Frank Harper (Jessica) of Concord, Joe Weeder (Ashley) of Kannapolis, three grandsons, three grand-daughters, sisters, Debbie Wise of KY and Laurie Holstein of WV, parents in law, Mahlon and Gail Floyd. A celebration of life will be held at Flow-Harris Presbyterian Church on Saturday, Feb. 2, at 2:00 PM. A special thank you to Tucker Hospice Care, their staff, and all who have helped.
