Obituary: Kathy McHone Brown Wensil age 56, died Tuesday Jan. 5, 2010 at CMC NorthEast Medical Center Concord, N.C. after an illness of 10 years. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday Jan. 8, 2010 at Whitley's Funeral Chapel. Burial will be 12:00 noon at the National Cemetery Salisbury. The Family will see friends Thursday Jan. 7, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 P M at Whitley's Funeral Home. Kathy was born April 15,1953 in Franklin County Ohio to the late Roger L. McHone Sr. and the late Marline Webster McHone. She was educated in the schools of Ohio. Kathy was employed with Field Crest- Cannon as a weaver until the plant closed in 2003. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Kathy is survived by her husband, Charlie Wensil of the home. 3 daughters, Barbara Safrit of Kannapolis, Penny Swink of China Grove, and Rita Brown of Concord. One Son Kelly Nichelson of Kannapolis. Also 2 sisters Belinda Artz of China Grove and Shellia Royal of Salisbury and a brother Mike McHone of Fla.
