Kenneth Carl Munday

Kenneth Carl Munday, 77 years old, passed away on January 17, 2022.  Kenneth was born on July 6, 1944 in China Grove to the late Robert and Beulah Childers Munday.  He proudly served his country in the US Army.  He worked for 41 + years at Cannon Mills and then went to work for Dennis Carpenter Ford Restoration Parts in Concord before retiring.

Kenneth was a sweet Christian Man, who loved everyone.  He loved to sing for the Lord and was active in Landis Baptist Church where he taught Sunday and Vacation Bible School.

He was predeceased in death by his four brothers and one sister and is survived by his beloved wife, Edith Compton Munday; his daughters, Robin Moose and her husband Scott and Karen Parker and her husband Ricky; his sister, Lucille Roland; his two grandchildren, Sarah and Jacob Parker and numerous nieces and nephews.

All services are private.

Memorial contributions can be made in Kenneth’s memory to the Landis Baptist Church, 110 N. Kimmons Street, Landis, NC 28088.
