Kevin Bare

Obituary: Kevin Dean Bare, 38, of Concord passed away unexpectedly on August 16, 2017. He was born March 29, 1979 in Cabarrus County. He was a 1997 graduate of Northwest Cabarrus High School. Kevin was formerly employed with Metrolina Greenhouses. He volunteered with animal rescue in the area and was a Dallas Cowboy Fan4Life. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday, August 21, 2017 at Whitley's Funeral Home. A graveside service for family and friends will take place on Tuesday at Carolina Memorial Park. Kevin was preceded in death by two grandfathers, I.J. Bare and Neal Russ. He is survived by his mother, Dolores "Lorie" Bare and Todd Barnette of Concord, father, Kennith Dean Bare and wife, Elaine of Mooresville, 2 sisters, Kendra Bare of Kannapolis and Amy Richardson of Gaffney, SC, grandmothers, Sarah Russ of Concord and Arlene Bare of Kannapolis, niece, Sierra Richardson, nephew, Aaron Bare and numerous cousins. Memorials may be made to the CMC-NorthEast Foundation, 920 Church Street North, Concord, NC 28025.
