Obituary: Kevin O'Bryan Hall, age 18, died Friday, May 29, 2009 as a result of an automobile accident on Smith Road in the Enochville Community of Rowan County. He was born July 28, 1990 in Cabarrus County, the loving son of Tracy Singleton and Billy L. Hall, Jr. He attended the Rowan County Schools where he had played football and wrestled. He was employed with his family business at R & L Road Rescue in Kannapolis, NC. He loved many hobbies including music, playing bass guitar, riding dirt bikes & four wheelers, and being out in nature. The funeral service will be 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at Whitley's Funeral Home Main Chapel, Kannapolis, NC officiated by Rev. Duane R. Mann and Rev. Jimmy Hall. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Kannapolis, NC. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Monday, June 1, 2009 at the funeral home. Survivors include in addition to his parents are his step-mother, Tammy Hall; grandparents, Sandy and Leo Singleton and Billy L. Hall, Sr. and Sara Hall; two uncles, Clayton Singleton and Ricky Hall; three aunts, Amber Hinson, Amanda Pate, and Angel Rayfield; brothers & sisters, Spencer and Casey Sechler and Billy L. Hall, III and Nicholas Hall; and his fiancee, Amanda Radford. He was thought of by his family as a caring, consistent, polite, good-mannered and loving boy who was loved in return by his many family members and friends.
