Larry Jo Strickland

Larry Jo Strickland, 63 years old, of Mooresville, passed away on April 15, 2023.  Larry was born on March 27, 1960, in Iredell County to the late Rosa Lee Strickland.

Larry was a loving husband and a great father to his children.  He was a hard worker that would do anything for his family and friends.  Larry also loved to sing karaoke.

Larry was predeceased by his beloved wife, Toni Renee Brooks Strickland in 2016; his mother, Rosa Lee Strickland; his brother, Jerry Parm and his mother-in-law, Connie Brooks.  Those left to cherish his memory are his three daughters, Brooke Strickland-Day and her husband Sam, Amber Strickland, and Christina Strickland; his son, Matthew Holloway; his grandchildren, Ayonna, Christiyonna, Brooklyn, Demetrius, and Evyonne; his cousins, Jeff Tyner and his wife Crystal, Joe Holloway, and numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and adopted grandkids.

A memorial service for Larry will be held at a later date.
