Obituary: LeeAnn Jacobs Tamara LeeAnn Cochran Jacobs, 45, passed away suddenly April 6, 2013. Born February 13, 1968 to Linda C. Cordell and Claude Cochran Jr., she is survived by the love of her life, Jimmy Cole; daughters, Amanda and Betty; and grandsons Jason and Jayden. Graveside service Wednesday, April 10 at 2:00 PM , West Concord Cemetery, Concord. Her family would like to thank the many Masons and Shriners who provided medical care to LeeAnn throughout the years. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to assist with burial expenses. Whitley's Funeral Home is entrusted.
