Obituary: Linda Kay Sheets Eller, 67, of Salisbury, NC died on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at the Bob and Carolyn Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. Linda was born on April 17, 1947 in Cabarrus Co., NC the daughter of the late Joseph Monroe Sheets and the late Lila Mae Ross Sheets. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter, Renee Milstead. Linda was a member of Yadkin Baptist Church. She worked at the former Cannon Mills Plant #1, Spinning Room. Survivors include her husband; Kenneth Eller of the home. 2 Sons; Dwaine Wyatt of Spencer and Michael Eller of Salisbury. 2 Daughters; Mary Sue Watson and Lisa Ann Lanning of Davidson County. 2 Brothers; Jr. Sheets and Randy Sheets. 2 Sisters; Dianne Perry and Lisa Neighbors. 17 Grandchildren; 2 Great-Grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday October 4, 2014 at Yadkin Baptist Church, Salisbury, NC with Pastor David Ayers and Don McIntyre officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00PM to 3:00PM prior to the service. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
