Linda Jean Harrington

Obituary: Linda Jean Wilkinson Harrington, born June 26, 1944; departed her earthly life on January 19, 2018. Preceding her in death were her parents, her brother and her lifelong spouse of fifty years, William Thomas Harrington. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons; Audy Harrington (Sue), Phil Harrington (LeAnn) and Larry Harrington (Rebecca). She is also survived by two granddaughters; Hannah and Kayla Harrington, two step-grandchildren; Amy and David and three great-grandchildren, multiple in-laws and a best friend, Kay Harmon. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 23 at Homestead Baptist Church with Rev. Mitch Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends at Whitley's Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday January 22. The family wishes to thank the staff of Crescent Heights and the nurses and physicians of Cabarrus Family Medicine and CHS-NorthEast ICU, for the heartwarming professional care that Linda received.
