Obituary: Loraine Goetzinger Tucker, 64, of Kannapolis died Saturday, December 27, 2014 at CMC-NorthEast. She was born February 4, 1950 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Ernest Goetzinger and Mary C. Goetzinger Fincham. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Buzzy Goetzinger and two step brothers, Richard and Steven Goetzinger. Loraine was a member of Sloan Lake Community Church. She loved spending time at the beach. She was an avid gardener and bowler. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Monday, December 29, 2014 at Sloan Lake Community Church officiated by Dr. Zachary Sizemore. The family will receive friends prior from 3 to 4 at the church. She is survived by her husband, Larry Wayne Tucker, Sr., children, Larry Wayne Tucker Jr., Kenny Wayne Tucker, Nick Wayne Tucker, grandchildren, Amber Taylor, Laura (Punkin) Tucker, Johnny (Bubba) Tucker, Weston Wayne Tucker, "adopted grandchildren" Morgan Ritchie and Dillon Ritchie, great grandchildren, Madilynn and McKenzie Taylor, brother, Tommy Goetzinger, sisters, Alma and Pinkie Goetzinger, step sister, Ebbie Fincham, special nephew, Jason Haynes and special niece, Jessica Haynes.
