Obituary: Mable Usery McInnis Lee Riley, 97, of Kannapolis died Saturday July 25, 2009 at CMC-Union in Monroe. She was born April 13, 1912 in Gaston County the daughter of the late Walter Lee Usery and Effie Louise Meadows Usery. She was preceded in death by her husbands, George McInnis, Brown O. Lee and Homer Riley. She was also preceded in death by her only son, William D. "Bill" McInnis. She retired from Cannon Mills Co. after many years. She was a member of St. Enoch Lutheran Church. She was a former member of Shadybrook Baptist Church where she had taught Sunday school. She enjoyed dancing but mostly loved taking care of her family. Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Thursday July 30, 2009 at St. Enoch Lutheran Church officiated by Rev. John Mark Beam. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior at the church. She is survived by her two grandsons: David McInnis and wife Tracey of Monroe and Doug McInnis and wife Lori of Monroe, daughter-in-law Margaret S. McInnis of Monroe, 3 greatgrandchildren: Sam, Daniel and Dylan McInnis, and her sister-in-law Marie Collins. Memorials may be made to St. Enoch Lutheran Church 701 Campbell Ave. Kannapolis, NC 28081.
