Obituary: Margaret Susan Shaw Sohmers, 70, of Kannapolis, NC died Monday Nov. 2, 2009 at her home. She was born May 1, 1939 in Taiwan. She was owner/operator of M&S Produce in Kannapolis. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 PM on Thursday (Nov. 5, 2009) at Whitley's Funeral Home. She is survived by her husband James Sohmers, her daughter Cindy S. Suggs and her husband Douglas of Ft. Worth, Tx., her 3 grandchildren: Jessica, Alex and Jonathan, and her three sisters living in Taiwan. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cabarrus County 5003 Hospice Lane Kannapolis, NC 28081.
Visitation: 2:00 to 4:00 pm, Thursday, November 5, 2009, at Whitley's Funeral Home
