Obituary: Marlene Joan Miller Campbell, 74, of Kannapolis, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend died Monday, October 3, 2011 at Bob and Carolyn Tucker Hospice House following a period of declining health.Mrs. Campbell was born on May 20, 1937 in Endicott, NY., the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Winola Clifford Miller. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Robert and Ronald Miller.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church, Kannapolis, with Rev. Thomas E. Cabaniss officiating.Mrs. Campbell is survived by her husband, James E. Campbell, of the home, 3 daughters, Susan A. Campbell of Atlanta, GA., Patricia A. Simmons of Charleston, SC., and Cindy J.
