Marsha Rooney O'Neil

Obituary: Marsha Rooney O'Neil, 64 of 3688 Lake Spring Avenue died Friday, March 20, 2009, at her residence. She was born February 17, 1945 in Vincennes, Indiana a daughter of the late Pat Charles and Erma Curry Rooney. She was a registered nurse working for the Dept. of Social Services of Cabarrus County retiring in 2006. She was a member of Crossroads United Methodist Church. She was educated in the schools of Indiana and the Deacons Hospital School of Nursing in Evansville, Indiana. She is survived by her husband Paul O'Neil, a Son: Ed O'Neil and wife Jennifer of Albemarle, Daughter: Laura Kimble of Columbus, Ohio and Granddaughter: Sydney Connor and Grandson: Jacob Connor. A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, March 23, 2009 at Crossroads United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Chad Cozad. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 22, 2009 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Whitley's Funeral Home. At other times the family will be at the residence.
