Mary Louise "Lulu" Bost

July 15, 1968 — February 20, 2022

Mary Louise Bost. 53, of Kannapolis, passed away Sunday, February 20, 2022. Born July 15, 1968 in Cabarrus County, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Bonnie Wiles Bost.
Mary was a graduate of A.L. Brown high school. She loved collecting Betty Boop memorabilia, the Young at Heart group at Kannapolis Church of God, and helping with the Sweet Street and Community Cookout.
Mary is survived by her siblings, Rick Bost and wife Debbie, Wayne, Jim, Mike, and Janet Bost; nieces and nephews, Walter and Kelly Bost, Samantha and Ronnie Lefler, Dennis, Robin and Adam Bost; five great nieces and nephews. Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Shirley and Linda Bost; and two brothers, Charles and Richard Bost.
A memorial service to honor Mary's life will be held at 5:00pm Sunday, February 27, 2022 at Kannapolis Church of God, 2211 West A Street, Kannapolis. Dr. Greg Sloop will officiate. The family will receive friends from 4:00pm - 5:00pm at the church Sunday, prior to the service.
