Mary Louise Kale

Obituary: Mary Louise Huskey Kale, 101, of Gaffney, SC , formerly of Kannapolis died December 25, 2015 in Gaffney. She was born October 27, 1914 in Cleveland County, NC the daughter of the late George Beverly Huskey and Susie Hamrick Huskey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Dewitt Kale in 2002. She was owner/operator of Lourene Beauty Shop in Kannapolis for many years until she retired in 1988. She was a former member of North Kannapolis Baptist Church and presently a member of Grassy Pond Baptist Church in Gaffney. A service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Whitley's Funeral Home Main Chapel officiated by Rev. Leon Hawks. She is survived by 10 nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials to North Kannapolis Baptist, 312 Locust Street, Kannapolis, NC 28081 and/or Grassy Pond Baptist Church 254 Grassy Pond Rd ,Gaffney, SC 29341.
