Obituary: Mary Elizabeth Trull, 78, of Kannapolis, NC died Saturday At The Brian Center, Concord, NC. A Celebration of Life for Mary Elizabeth Trull will be Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 3pm All Saints Episcopal Church in Concord, NC. Please join the family for a reception following the service. Mary Elizabeth "Liz" was born July 8, 1935 in Moravia, NY. She was the daughter of the late Stewart MacDonald And Mary Ethleyn House Crowell. She moved to NC with her family as a teenager. She went on to attend Wake Forest University and the University of Arizona following graduation from Concord High School. While Liz was attending U of A, her high school sweetheart, the late Darrell Andrew Trull, proposed to her and asked her to return to NC. Darrell and Liz moved to Davenport, Iowa following their marriage while Darrell attended Palmer Chiropractic College. The couple returned to NC and together began their life and set up Darrell's chiropractic clinic in Kannapolis. Liz became a homemaker and mother of four children. She was an accomplished pianist and long- time Mary Kay Consultant. Liz enjoyed ballroom dancing, classical music and rescuing animals, especially dogs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Darrell Andrew Trull and two sisters, Betty Wilson of Charlotte NC and Martha Van Etten of Nordland, Wa. Survivors include her three sons, Dr. Fred Lee Trull II, wife Jill, of Kannapolis, NC, Jonathan Kent Trull of Albemarle, NC, Bradley MacDonald Trull, wife Lynn, of Cheraw, SC, daughter Karen Trull Biglari, husband Sasan, of Weddington, NC, five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
