Obituary: Matthew Scott McIntyre, 29, of China Grove, entered into eternal peace on Friday, September 28, 2018. He was born, May 15, 1989 in Concord, NC; he is the son of Gerryl and Shanon McIntyre. He graduated from West Brunswick High School, where he made many friends and many memories. He enjoyed spending his spare time with his family and friends, but he had a way of making his friends family. Matthew was also a co-owner of Framers Unlimited that he and his father ran together. He had a passion for taking something broken and making it into something beautiful. What lied within him was a beautiful heart that will forever be loved by all who met him. Matthew was and forever will be an amazing husband, devoted son, and loyal brother. When it came to where his heart belonged, it was always with family. Family was his life, and there was nothing he loved more. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Cenoma Bost. Matthew is survived by his parents; mentioned above. Brother, Derick and wife Alishia McIntyre, brother, Weston Lambert, grandparents, Benny and Virginia McIntyre, and Billy Bost, uncles; Michael Bost and Keith Bost (Nancy), Chris McIntyre, and Uncle Tony Bumgarner, and Aunt Shelia Bumgarner. He was also survived by his wife; Heather McIntyre. Matthew was also loved by all his cousins from young to old. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 3, at Second Baptist Church in Kannapolis, with the Rev. Gary Scoggins officiating. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 11:30 to 1:00 PM Wednesday prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to, American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
