Obituary: Michael Eugene Wingler, 55, of Salisbury passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018. He was born August 12, 1962 in Cabarrus County, a son of Leonard and Sharon Wingler. Mike had retired due to disability where he had worked at Cone Mills and Pactive, Inc. He loved playing the guitar and love to go fishing. Mike was a loving son, husband, dad, pops, brother and uncle. He also loved his beloved fur baby, Raylen. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:45 PM Friday, May 25, 2018 at Rodgers Park Baptist Church, 309 E 24th St, Kannapolis, NC 28083, with his funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM.officiated by Rev. Joel Ervin. In addition to his parents, Mike is survived by his wife, Angela Cross Wingler, 5 children, Blake Wingler (Ashton), Joshua Wingler (Lindsay), Jenna Russ (Daniel), Tyler Ashley (Kaila), Mahayla Galloway (Mitch), 7 grandchildren, Brayden, Blake, Breleigh, Caleb, Shiloh, Jason, Grayson, sister, Donna Robie (Danny) and two brothers, Brian Wingler (Katie) and Kevin Wingler (April).
