Michael Craig Wright, 81, of Charlotte, passed away on Wednesday June 5, 2024 at his home.

He was born April 11, 1943 in Santa Monica, CA to the late Earl Gray Wright and Catherine Elizabeth Haring Wright.

Michael was a veteran of the US Army where he was an MP and also a Dog Handler. He was a salesman in the moving industry. He loved birds and enjoyed raising canaries and pigeons. Mike also loved his rose garden. He was a founding member of a PT Cruiser Club.  He was also a life-long LA Dodgers fan and enjoyed going to the games as often as he could. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by one brother Bob Wright and one grandchild Ryan Gallemore.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 23 ½ years Charlotte “Annie” Craig Wright, four children: Greg Wright, Patricia Green, Kelly Natoli, Dennis Wright, step daughter, Monica Montoya, sister, Kathy Wright McNamara, brother, Jim Wright, five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 9:00 AM, Monday June 17 at Salisbury National Cemetery with Rev Dennis Craft officiating.
