Miranda Sue Springs, 30, of Charlotte, North Carolina, found peace on October 12, 2021.
Born on January 28, 1991 in Mecklenburg Co., she was the daughter of Robin Annette Linker and Timothy Charles Springs. She was preceded in death by her dearly loved cousin, Dallas Richardson; grandmothers Myrtle Linker and Sandra Bagwell; and Aunt Judy Petry.
Miranda loved her boys dearly. They were the one constant that always brought a smile to her beautiful face. She loved outdoors, and her favorite place was the mountains although she did like the beach too. She was great at fishing, always catching a fish when the guys did not. We always got a kick out of that. She had a special little “jiggle” she did with the fishing rod and it worked! She also enjoyed four-wheeling and loved going on trips to the mountains with her Uncle Jesse to ride the Hatfield and McCoy trails. Miranda was talented softball player, playing for thirteen fun filled years. We spent many Saturdays at the West Meck ballfield. She was on the Coulwood swim team growing up, took dance and clogging. Miranda attended beauty school for a while to pursue a love for hair. If you knew her, you knew she had many hairstyles and many hair colors. Part of what made her unique. She enjoyed dinner with her family, her favorite was chicken alfredo and always asked for her homemade strawberry cake from her Meemaw Susie on her birthday. Miranda was a very kind hearted girl, I'll always remember her buying food for a homeless man standing at a redlight. It just made sense to her. She always had something to give her boys, and also bringing something, even the smallest gesture, to her mom and meemaw. Memories we will always treasure. Miranda had a one-of-a-kind personality that will never be forgotten. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to cherish her memory include her parents, Robin Annette Linker and Timothy Charles Springs; her sons, Leland Philbeck, 7 years old and Dawson Brendle, 3 years old; grandparents Susie Pacheco and Calvin Linker, and Jim Springs; Uncles Jesse Linker, Michael Springs, Larry Edwards, Ray Edwards and Richie Richardson; Aunts Brenda Springs, Dana, Denise and Tammy Parker; and cousins Austin Linker, Shelby Richardson, Cameron Buckner, Lawanda Linker, Nikki Edwards and Destiny Dockery.
