Obituary: Myles Cameron Diamond, 19, of Concord passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016. He was born August 24, 1997 in Mecklenburg County, the son of Brian and Susan Diamond and sister Marissa. The news of Myles death was sudden and a great shock to all of us who had the pleasure of knowing him. Myles touched the hearts of many with his special way of making you smile even when you tried to be mad at him. He was charming, personable and a friend to everyone he met. He enjoyed golf, sports and playing video games. He will be remembered for the love of his blankie and pet lion. He is survived by his paternal grandmother, Carol Diamond (The Villages, FL), maternal grandmother Carol Rosenberger (Liverpool, NY), maternal great grandfather, Leonard Massaro (Syracuse, NY), aunts and uncles, Gregory (Michele) Diamond, Lori (Jeff) Tarantelli, Christopher Diamond, Janet Schanz, Karen (Stephen) McManus, and Stuart Rosenberger, and many cousins. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Friday, October 7, 2016 at Whitley's Funeral Home in Kannapolis, NC. The family has requested to give your family members a special hug for Myles.
